The idea for Fergapalooza first started last year when we found out the wedding date of Janell's cousin, Ilita. We had already planned our annual week in Big Cedar for the beginning of the month. Once we found out that the wedding was at the end of the same month we figured: "Why not connect the dots and then take it from there?" So, the wedding festivities mark a key and much anticipated stopping point in our trip.
I had the opportunity to play golf with the Groom, Chris and his soon to be brother-in-law, Danny (who I guess is my cousin in law?). It wasn't the best display of golf in the world, but the company was great. Note Chris' old school Seattle Supersonics headband he brings out for special occasions.

Janell and the kids spent the day at the mall, running around with cousins, grandparents, etc. Nighttime brought Chris and Ilita's rehearsal dinner. It was on the grounds of another nearby golf club. Despite my pleas, Danny wouldn't give me a chance to get my money back from earlier in the day. It's always great when the Vasquez family gets together. Lots of hugs, kisses and smiles.
